  • Peer-to-peer money transfers.
  • Payment processing for business.

  • Cash payout

Fees and Charges:

  • ZwiftPay reserves the right to charge fees for certain Services. Any applicable fees will be disclosed to you before you use the relevant Service.
  • You are responsible for all charges, fees, and taxes associated with your use of the Services.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

User Conduct:

By using the Services, you agree not to:
  • Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
  • Use the Services for any unauthorized commercial purpose.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Indemnification:

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZwiftPay, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

Modifications to the Terms:

  • ZwiftPay reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after the changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination:

  • ZwiftPay may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at its sole discretion if you violate these Terms or for any other reason without prior notice.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
  • Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Province of Ontario, Canada,
